-OH NO!! I sent you the wrong address! What should I do?
Please contact us ASAP at [email protected] when you realize you've entered the wrong address, and we then can change it to the correct one. But if your order has already been processed and shipped, it's out of our hands.
-What if my package is lost or damaged?
Unfortunately, Azurite Light has no control after handing your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages. Please do try contact the Royal Mail for any further info of your package whereabouts.
